Winner of the Winter PTSA Green Spirit Award.  We had a group entry from Mrs. Lakin and 109 students from her 5 art classes.  Each student spent approximately 8 hours creating their recycled material relief sculpture and studied the artist Louise Nevelson who called herself "the original recycler".  We will put a picture of their work in the trophy case, let Washington Green Schools know about our winners and each student will get 25 Bulldog points for winning our contest. Our next contest will be the end of April.  If students need ideas for green spirit projects to enter they can contact their science teacher or Mrs. Delaurenti at sdelaurenti@skynetbb.com
